Domain Refresh
-
I own a domain through Google, and they recently changed over to their Wallet software, which meant that they suspended the domain until we updated our details. I have fixed this, but WordPress still says that the domain has expired.
I have checked with the Domain Helper tool and everything comes up green, what needs to be done to get my site working again?
Thanks,

Hi there,
The message you’re seeing at WordPress.com is because the site’s domain mapping upgrade (the WordPress.com upgrade that links the domain to your WordPress.com site) expired. You can learn more about that domain mapping upgrade in our guide to Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping).
You can use the Renew Now button on your site to renew that domain mapping upgrade:
Alternately, the person who originally purchased that upgrade can log in to their WordPress.com account and renew it directly from their My Upgrades page.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Hi there,
I renewed the domain mapping (the USD$14 expense) last night, but the site still tells me that the domain is expired. I have even logged onto the DNS server and made sure it points to the correct spot.
What am I doing wrong?
