Domain Refund

    My domain transfer was declined, but I have not been refunded the money. How do I get a refund for this since the domain transfer never actually went through?

    Hi there,

    We did not decline your domain transfer. Our logs show it was cancelled from your current domain provider’s end, so if you still want to use the domain with us, please follow up with them why they cancelled it.

    Meanwhile I’ve refunded the domain portion of your plan. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
