Domain Refund

  Hello,
  I cancelled my domain immediately after the auto renew was posted to my credit card account. I did not realize it was still active as it has been a while since I used my site. Please advise on my next steps. Will I be refunded automatically within the time period for refunds? Or is there something else I need to do first? Thank you.

  It looks like the refund for you domain wasn’t processed automatically, but I’ve processed it for you now. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
