Domain Refund

  I didn’t want to get a domain right away but it made me and now I don’t actually need a website and I never used this one and I’m not getting the $18 back for it. Can I please be refunded for this.

  Hi there,

  Our refund period on domain registrations is only 4 days. After that we no longer receive a refund from the registry if we cancel the domain. You bought your plan and domain on 3 June, and only cancelled those upgrades today.

  So while we’ve already refunded $30 for the non-domain portion of your plan, the $18 cost of the domain, mypaperbrain.com, is no longer refundable. At this point I can only restore the domain to your account, and then you can either use it here or we can help you point it to another provider so you can use it there.
