domain refund

    i paid for domain, then the domain was appearing with wordpress.com instead of the domain main name it was canceled by me and your site said that the money paid will be returned and i have not seen the money yet till now, on Monday 6 of December 2021 GMT till this date i have not seen my money

    A refund usually needs about 10 business days. Most banks outside the USA do need a lot more of time.

    I can see that the refunds have been processed on our end. You can see receipts for those here:

    As @staartmees mentioned, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank.

    Please wait another week and then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
