Domain refund

  The premium plan of our site was cancelled but I am not able to find the record of refunding the domain renewal fee. The domain is now hosting at other website, I would like to get back the refund of the domain hosting fee too, thank you so much!

  Hello there,

  It looks like the domain was out of the refund window when the refund was made.

  If you wish I can restore the domain so that you can use it with WordPress.com another time or with another provider?
