Domain Refund

When I was charged the $13.00 at the beginning of June for the domain name feature, I immediately cancelled it as I stopped using that a long time ago. Your website said I would be getting a refund, but it may take up to two weeks, if I recall correctly. I have yet to receive the refund, and it has now been about a month. Can somebody look into this please? It was charged against my paypal account, and I just verified that no refund has been sent back to paypal.
