Domain Refund

  I cancelled my domain within 48 hours but the notifications only say that it’s ‘successfully cancelled’. I’d like to know whether I will be refunded or not (and if not, why).

  I’d like to know whether I will be refunded or not (and if not, why).

  Your plan was cancelled yesterday but the domain costs hadn’t been refunded yet. I’ve just refunded the remaining $26 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  It should reach your account in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
