Domain Refund not working

  I’m trying to refund my domain I bought yesterday but it’s not working and says I need to contact Support, it’s still within 48 hours and I want to buy a new one anyway so if you could refund I’d appreciate it as it didn’t work

  Hi there,

  I see that you purchased domain mapping for the domain name gtofcp.com for that blog. That domain was already registered at a different domain registrar, so it can only be used here at WordPress.com if you already own that domain.

  I’ve canceled that domain upgrade and issued a full refund for you. If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know. :)
