Domain Registration Refound

    Hi, I have cancelled my WordPress.com Personal and Domain Registration and I got charged anyways and the money has not been refund yet to my account. I have deleted the Payment Method I have used to purchase this service. I was wondering if you can help me with this. Will you need my details again?

    The refunds were sent December 7.

    Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Since the refunds were sent the same day as the charge, it’s also possible that your credit card provider may process this as a reversal, meaning the original charge may simply be removed.
