Domain Registration Transfer

    I’m having trouble switching domain name registration from one person who no longer works for our organization to a shared account that won’t pass from person to person. What information do I need to do this? Who do I need to contact? Who needs to contact that person/entity (I’m assuming me and also the person who has the domain registration?).

    Hi there! Is the domain inquisitiveeater.com the domain you want to switch to a new owner?

    If so, I can help you with that. I’ll just need the current domain owner to log in to their WordPress.com account and contact us (or email us from the email address on their account) to confirm the request and let us know the WordPress.com account username they want to transfer it to.
