I cancelled my services within 24 hours, but WordPress did not release my domain. The cancellation policy said if I cancelled within 4 days my domain would be released immediately.

Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.

None of the above thank you. I just went with a different domain. Just a heads up, you may want to change your automated notices, because it clearly stated that if I cancelled within 4 days of my purchase they would release my domain immediately and I would not have to wait until July 19th. Nothing was even mentioned about 5 days. It was either a month or immediately. But it’s fine now. Thank you.
