  Hi there,

  I refunded a domain that I purchased through WordPress, this was done quite a while ago. I didn’t realise that I wouldn’t be able to use this domain again as it still thinks it’s taken when trying to search for it. I just couldn’t quite get to grips with the customisation of wordpress.

  It was leightonphotography.co.uk. Can you please help to release this domain?

  We can assist with this, but for security reasons, we’ll need to receive the request from the WordPress.com account that used to own the domain, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.

  Sorry, just found it through my email. It’s a strange one, think it might be still linked to this email but this is now the correct account.

  No, that is still not the correct account.

  There is likely a third email address you have, or had, access to, or someone else purchased the domain.

  I’m actually useless, terribly sorry! I had NO idea, I had 4 different WP accounts.
