  Hello i didn’t mean to delete or cancel my domain. how do i get this back? thanks

  Hi Janet,

  Are you speaking of extra-leg-room.com?

  That domain should be deleted completely within the next 24 to 48 hours, at which point you’ll be able to register it again as a new domain at any domain provider.

  We might also be able to still restore the domain to your account, but as we’ve already refunded your payment when you cancelled the domain and personal plan, you’ll first have to purchase a new plan before we can do that.

  If you want us to restore the domain, please go to My Site ->Plans and buy a new plan, and let us know here once you’ve done that.

  Or else you can just wait a couple days and you should be able to buy the domain again.
