domain renewal

  Need to renew domain by January 11, 2012. Renewal site would not let me complete payment for renewal of domain. Now it say’s product is unavailable

  That sounds like there may have been an issue with the email.

  You should be able to manually renew from Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
