Domain Renewal

    I don’t want to renew my domains and now I can’t get to view my site because you have a pop up blocking it! What kind of crap is this? If I wanted to renew my domain I would have, get rid of the pop up! Great customer service!
    PS Trying to sell me a renewal and now wanting to try and charge me an addition $80 is bullshit! Just give me my WordPress blog back. I currently have 6 other blogs that you have also high jacked from me and are trying to extort $90 per site for them!!!!!

    I’m very sorry about the trouble you had with these expired domains. I just removed those expired domains from your account, so you can visit those sites at their free WordPress.com addresses again.

    We’re working on ways to improve this process when a domain expires, but if you ever want to fully cancel a domain (before or after it expires) you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll take care of it for you. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
