Domain renewal

  My domain is expiring. A friend purchased it originally for me, however I’ve deleted their billing details and would like to add my own.

  Going to the My Upgrades section there is no option for renewal or billing updates.

  How do I rectify this?

  What is the WordPress.COM username of the person who purchased the domain please?

  Hi timethief,

  The username ‘myspiritualjournies’.

  On the upgrades page it just says the purchased the domain with no other options for me.

  Hey there!

  It looks like that domain was never transferred to your account. I can do that for you, but I need the request to come from the owner of the domain. If you could have myspiritualjournies chime in here to okay the transfer, then I can get that done. :)
