  how can I renew my domain? It says that is expiring, I enter payment info to buy it again and it asks me if it is a renewal, but I can say or click to yes to confirm…
  What can I do?

  What browser are you using? Do you have the same trouble if you try to use a different browser to get through the checkout process?
