Domain renewal

    The annual charge for the domain I manage is coming up next month. I want to check that the credit card details are correct but I cannot get to that page from the Manage Purchases page. When I click on the Manage Payments under Domains it goes to the plans page. How can I just pay for the domain hosting (which had been $18/year)?

    I would be happy to assist you in checking the credit card associated with the upgrade. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into helping you with updating the card on file.
