domain renewal

  I am trying to renew my domain through Wild West, but when I go to my WordPress.com (I moved to .org years ago) it says I don’t have a site and I can’t find where to renew my domain.

  What is the domain URL?

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  I’ve logged into my wordpress.com site under what I have. It is fortheloveofteachingmath.com
  I’ve not had issues before with signing in. I can see where it is charging me for the Akismet, but not for the domain.

  I figured it out. Weird that it let me log into a wordpress account that didn’t really exist… It had my Akismet billing history, so I thought it was the correct one. Thank you for your help!
