Domain renewal

  I would like to renew the recently expired domain for my site, but the account needed to renew it is not accessible, and even as an admin, I can’t see what email that account is associated with. Is there a way to find out which email address the other account is associated with, or to transfer the domain ownership to my account so it can be renewed?

  Since the domain registration is a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.

  Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  and then send it to us through this form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
