Domain renewal

my domain expired in january . I did not realize that the card i had on file was expired so i thought it wold automatically renew. i am trying to renew it now, and its telling me to upgrade but I want to keep my same price i was paying per year which is $26. please let me know how i can renew

That domain has long since been removed from our system and deleted at our registrar, so there is no way of renewing it any more.
Additionally, it appears someone else registered the domain with Namebright.com on 26 March. That means someone else now owns that domain, so you won’t be able to use it at all any more.

The Whois info shows the domain is for sale, meaning a domain squatter bought it when it was released. They’d be willing to sell the domain back to you, but be warned that they’ll likely charge you way more than $26 for the domain. This will be a private transaction that has nothing to do with us, nor with Namebright, so you do that at your own risk.
To add a new domain to your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to purchase a plan at My Site ->Plans first, as we no longer sell domains independently of a plan.
