Domain renewal

  I’ve already emailed WordPress about this issue 5 days ago and have not received a response. I was charged $99 by WordPress last month and given that that money is obviously not going to renewing my domain, I’m wondering why I was charged that amount and if I renew the domain will that $99 count towards the renewal or will I need to pay an additional $199?

  I don’t see any email tickets submitted for your account. From which email address did you contact us?

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and you’ve never purchased an upgrade with us using this account. We don’t even have saved payment information for this account.

  What is the domain you are referring to? It most likely belongs to a different account.

  My blog is associated with a different email address and I resolved the issue through the chat feature this morning.
