Domain Renewal

  Our domain renewal expired (nobody on our team received an alert that it was due), and now we are not able to renew. How do I renew the domain mapping?

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Do you happen to know the WordPress.com account that originally purchased and owns the mapping subscription? If so, they should be able to log in and renew the mapping subscription.
