Domain renewal?

  Hi, I received an e-mail this morning informing my domain ‘will expire in 30 days’. At the same time I was charged 114.-CHF on my credit card. I bought this domain through WordPress a year ago, however, after login in today to my account I can’t see any domain registration or subscription plan to WordPress, so I can’t cancel their renewal. Can someone please help me sort this out?

  Hi there, If this involves a domain you registered through WordPressdotcom/WildWestDomains, please log out of this account and then log in with the email address and password that the notice was sent to. That should also give you access to the purchases dashboard where you can manage the domain.
