Domain renewal

We believe that our folk club websites fee has not been paid by a now absent member who we used to send a cheque to and think that our parent page has been removed, how can we resolve this.

So, it looks like that domain registration was paid for, but then canceled and refunded.
The domain looks to be available for registration if you would like to purchase it again. If so, let me know and I can help you get that sorted out.

I do not know who cancelled it but if you could let me know how much it would cost to reinstate it provided that I would be able to pay for the website in my own name I would be obliged.

Ah, actually, one second. We’ll need to apply the domain to a WordPress.com site, and there are no WordPress.com sites on your account.
So, before we can do this, you’ll need to be added to the site as an Administrator by one of the site’s existing Administrators: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site

Actually I am the administrator of the site and my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

You’ll need to:
1. Log out of WordPress.com.
2. Log back into WordPress.com under the correct email address.
3. Return to https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-renewal-779/ and reply from the correct WordPress.com account.
We cannot proceed without confirmation from the correct account, and you are not currently replying from the correct account.
