domain renewal

    I received an email that my domain is set to expire and to renew I need to go to my ‘Domain Dashboard’ to renew it, but when I log onto my account using the email address that the email came to, I do not see a ‘Domain Dashboard’ option. I don’t see anywhere that confirms that my domain is connected to this account.

    What is the domain?

    You likely have different email addresses associated with your WordPress.com account and your domain contact email. The email you received would have been sent to your domain contact email, which is apparently associated with your wanderstruckfamily6 account, and this account doesn’t own any domains.

    Log out of this account, and log in using your email address/username for your other WordPress.com account that you used to buy the domain.
