  Hi, I am attempting to renew my expired domain, and I believe it is in the redemption period. The domain is georgetownsigep.com and your FAQ page directed me to contact support. Thanks.

  I do not see that the domain georgetownsigep.com was ever registered under your @georgetownsigep WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Is it possible you made your purchase with a different provider? I am not able to see the past history of this domain, but I can confirm it is no longer in redemption. From what I can see it appears to be available for purchase to the public again. If you wish you can add it to your WordPress.com account to start a new site with us by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/domains/add/sigepgeorgetown.wordpress.com?site=georgetownsigep.com
