Domain Renewal Issue

    I initially bough my domain through wordpress.com and then migrated to self hosting (with bluehost). I want to renew my domain now but it s like it dissapeared. I can’t move it to wordpress because i need an EPP key which I am supposed to get from Wild West Domains but I cant because i dont have an account with them, I only bough from them through wordpress. In the renewal email it says I can renew my purchase from manage purhcases but my manage purchases section is empty. Please help me.
