Domain renewal issue

    I renewed my domain subscription through Dreamhost and have since unlocked it from their site so that I can continue using it through WordPress. I am in WordPress, I click on the domain tab, I select ‘this link’ to navigate me to a new pages. The page I need flashes up and then disappears and remains white without any error message. I’ve tried a different browser and my current browser is updated so I’m not sure why it won’t load the page and remain for me to interact with it.

    Ok to check, are you looking to move the domain and the site over to WordPress.com? If yes, this can be done as per these instructions:

    – https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/

    You may wish to check if the theme and it’s plugins are up to date, it sounds like there may be something awry in that part of the site.
