Domain renewal not appearing on My Upgrades

    I have renewed my domain name (tangandware.com) on 14 Aug, but My Upgrades says it will expire on 14 Sep. Can you check for me? Also My Upgrades indicates that I might need to map domain to the site – is that right?

    Hi Sara,

    Sorry about that! It looks like something went wrong with your domain renewal on 14 August. I just renewed the domain from our end, so you’re all set with that. The domain is now renewed through 13 September 2015 and you have everything you need for the domain to work correctly.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
