  gdacc.org $99 was charged to my card on Feb. 5, 2019 but I got another reminder on Mar. 3, 2019.. Please stop sending reminders.

  BIGGER PROBLEM:
  This domain was created by another person at (email visible only to moderators and staff) but turned over to me within days. I have created multiple sites using this account and have been paying for the account/domain since 2009. I am now locked out of all my sites since I do not have access to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email. and am not able to contact the person with that address. Please tell me how I can recover access to my sites gdacc.org, (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we have not sent your account any reminders regarding that domain.

  gdacc.org is registered with us, but it belongs to a completely different account. That domain expired two days ago – the premium plan on that site was renewed for $99 in February, but since last year domain renewals are no longer included in plans, so the domain has to be renewed separately. The renewal reminders we sent to the owner of that account specifies this.

  Additionally, the account that currently owns those upgrades is the same account that originally bought it, and as far as we’re concerned that is the site owner. There is no evidence that the owner of that account ever tried to transfer the site or any of the upgrades on it to someone else. If they simply gave you access to their account itself rather than properly transferring the upgrades to you and you never updated the email address to one you have access to, there’s not much we can do.
