domain renewal/transfer

    Hi, I own the domain margometaphysical.com that is registered through WordPress. I’m getting emails that the registration is about to expire, but when I log in to do something about it in my WordPress dashboard, that domain doesn’t show up for management at all. Ideally, I’d like to transfer the domain to the same host that I use for other sites, but I’m at a loss at this point. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

    I do not see any upgrades under your @jfurman65 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that margometaphysical.com is registered in our system, but it is under a different username and not your @jfurman65 account

    If you log out of this account and into your other one, you will be able to renew your domain as normal. If you do not recall your password it can be reset here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
