Domain renewal with value bundle

  I have received numerous notices now telling me my domain is about to expire, or expired. Last week, before it expired, I renewed my value bundle but now I can’t figure out how to apply that bundle to the domain. In every email I get from you it says, “reply to this email for support” and every time I have replied…and each time, I get NO ANSWER. Now, my website is down and I’m pissed! What the hell?
