  Hi, I received an email saying my domain was renewing soon and that I didn’t need to do anything but it was just a reminder. I deleted my domain awhile ago and don’t wish to continue using it, just wanted to make sure I’m not being charged for anything. Thanks

  thank you! i don’t think i had purchased anything but since i got the email saying my domain was renewing, i assumed i was going to get charged for something? it’s pinayish.wordpress.com, but it’s been deleted for awhile already. thanks!

  Hi there,

  I checked the URL you provided and yes, there is a domain mapping subscription that will renew soon. However, the upgrade is not under the account that you contacted us from. You’ll need to log into the account associated with the domain in order to disable the auto renewal.

  can you please help me do that? when i click the link in the email it leads me to this account so i have no idea how to access the pinayish.wordpress.com account
