  I attempted to reserve “thetruthisfree.com” not “thetruthisfreedotcom”. Could someone explain why this has defaulted to a different address, as I will not purchase this address.

  You can’t reserve a domain name like thetruthisfree.com, you’ll need to actually pay to register it.

  You can do that by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
