    I can see that your domain is currently parked. You can refer to this guide for more details on why a domain may appear parked.

    According to our system, the domain was moved internally from one site to another. I also noticed that the transfer lock is currently enabled.

    Thanks for your patience while we checked this internally.

    I can now see what happened. The domain qumamedia.com was renewed for an extra year when it was transferred in earlier today. After that, the domain was cancelled, and that renewal fee was automatically refunded. Because of that refund, we can’t restore the domain until the renewal amount is paid again.

    To restore the domain, ask us to send the payment link for $14.82 and we will send it to you privately.

    Alternative option:
    If you plan to host your site on WordPress.com. you can instead purchase any annual plan. and your included domain credit can be used for the renewal. This would also allow us to restore the domain.

    Once you complete either the manual payment or the annual plan purchase. let me know and I’ll escalate it right away so we can restore the domain for you.
