Domain set to expire – no options to update
-
My domain name is set to expire on November 15th. According to the e-mail because payment information is expired. That’s correct, but when I go to My Upgrades, I do see the domain name, and a message saying it will expire. But, below the domain name, I only have two options: “Learn more” and “Domain settings”. According to the documentation I should have an option to update the payment information, but it’s not there… Help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you originally purchase the domain name? I believe for some drama-related reasons only the original purchaser can renew. I’ll flag this for staff to sort out though.

Yes, it was originally purchased through the account of my ex-wife, but she’s not in a cooperative mood for the past half year or so… How to fix? Just wait for it to expire and the re-add the domain? It’s a domain that I own, so it’s not been registered through wordpress.com.

Hi there,
If the domain mapping upgrade expires because the user who purchased it doesn’t renew it, you can simply purchase it again through your account after it expires. (Support staff can also help you with that process if you need.)
However, the domain mapping for nvnbh.nl is valid through November 15, 2015. It was already renewed for this year, so you don’t need to worry about it for now. :)
