Domain shows 502 error, my account has no sites attached

  My domain is shakeaven.space. When I visit it, I get a “502 Bad Gateway / openresty” error. When I log into my WordPress.com account, it shows “You don’t have any sites yet” — so it seems the domain is connected to a WordPress.com site that isn’t under my current login.

  I don’t have phone/live-chat access showing up for me, so I’m posting here for guidance. Is there a way to:

  1. Find out which account the domain/site is actually registered under, or
  2. Get help transferring/reconnecting it to my current account?

  Any help pointing me to the right support channel would be appreciated. Thanks!

  I’ve taken a look, and this domain isn’t registered with us, and the site isn’t hosted with us. Instead, you can view your host and registrar using our Site Profiler, here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/shakeaven.space. Do these look familiar to you? 

  I would recommend contacting your host, where they’d be able to better look into this with you.

  thank you soo much for replaying i have just fixed the issue all of this was from the server which i hosted from one more time thank you
