Domain switch

  I mistakenly bought a wordpress.com account to use my newly purchased website theme instead of downloading from wordpress.org. I changed my domain over from wix, but now I am having difficulties changing it over to my new hosts at ‘BlueHost’.

  Can I please get a refund on this account as I have not used this account at all, apart from my confusion in the difference between wordpress.org and .com. Also, how do I disconnect my domain name ‘sydneyunibasketball.org.au’ from my current wordpress.com account?

  Sorry for the confusion! I just cancelled your WordPress.com Premium purchase (including the upgrade linking your domain name to WordPress.com) and issued a full refund.
