Domain switch from different host

    Hi,

    I have created a new website and we currently have a website we want to get rid of to switch to this one here on your hosting site… I am familiar with building websites, but I’ve never had to grab a domain name that is already existing.

    The host that our domain name is currently is NetworkSolutions.com… Can you help me get our domain name switched? I do have access to the other account, and am ready to switch immediately. But I do need help (either phone call step by step or live chat would be best.)

    Can you help me get our domain name switched?

    Sure! If you already own a domain and would like to use it here on WordPress.com all you need to do is ‘map’ the domain to your site. There is more information about the process here:

    You will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan, such as the Personal plan. Each paid plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to map a domain you already own (or register a new one).

    But I do need help (either phone call step by step or live chat would be best.)
