Domain Transfer

  One of my clients has a domain registered with wordpress.com, but do not have access to the email it was originally registered with, how could I transfer that domain to a new host without access to the email that originally registered the domain?

  Hi there,

  What is the domain?

  As long as the domain owner is able to log into their WordPress.com account, they can update the admin contact email address for the domain at any time.

  Then they can request a transfer code that will be sent to the new address:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  However, note that ONLY the account that owns the domain can perform these actions. We cannot do it on their behalf, and we certainly cannot do it at a third party’s request.
