  Hi, I am happy to transfer my domain registration to WordPress BUT I want to stay on the free plan on WordPress, possible?

  Hi there,

  Using your own domain on WordPress.com requires one of our paid plans. It’s not possible to transfer or map a domain to a WordPress.com site on the free plan.
