  How can I transfer a domain name from GoDaddy to WordPress.com?

  Understand that the domain in question must be 60 days old in order to transfer it. Otherwise, you’ll want to use domain mapping instead.

  Both of these options require a personal plan added to the account. Those are from https://wordpress.com/pricing/
