  I unlocked my domain and got the cod for transfer , but you will not confirm yet .

  Hi there,

  Of what domain are you speaking? Your account doesn’t own any domains with us.

  If you’re trying to transfer a domain to us, go to My Site ->Manage ->Domains ->Add, select the option to use a domain you already own, and select domain transfer. You’ll be able to enter the code there to start the transfer process:

  Hi Dear ,
  I have my own domain (aminvali.com) and i have the domain authorization code from godaddy but you don’t allow me to put that . Please help me to doing that .thanks

  you are not seeing the option to add the auth code?
