domain transfer

    hello i need my paid domain linked to my wordpress on computer. It is linked on my phone app, i contacted support earlier and an expert suggested removing jetpak however do not seem to be able via computer, and now can not remember my log in for app, and the email reset isnt sending to my inbox?? please help!!!

    It sounds like perhaps you have ended up with a second WordPress.com account somehow.

    What is the URL of the domain you are trying to access?
