  Thanks for answer,
  Basically I was wonder if I can go ahead with business plan, build my site from scratch, transfer my domain to WordPress and publish new builded site

  Ah, yeah, sure! You can work on your site using the free .wordpress.com subdomain and only map or transfer your custom domain once you’re ready to launch.
