  I purchased domain name using world press a year ago. I need to transfer it to wix permanently, so I am asking world press to unlock my domain nbessonova.com
  My site is down.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? From what I can see here your domain is registered with NameBright, which is a company we are not connected with: https://gwhois.org/bessonova.com+dns

  Have you tried contacting NameBright directly? They should be able to assist you with this transfer since the domain is under their control currently.
