Domain Transfer

  I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 94.75.229.100).

  I just renewed my domain with wordpress on the 3rd of November. Does this mean I have to wait to transfer my domain?

  Hi there,

  There isn’t a waiting period to change the nameservers on a domain. That’s only an issue for transferring the domain to another domain registrar. (Also, that waiting period is only after you first register the domain or change the registrant contact information.)

  However, it looks like there was an issue with your domain renewal. I’m contacting our domain registrar partner now to sort that out — you’ll need to wait until that is resolved before the nameservers can be changed to point to Wix. I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update about that!
