Domain Transfer

  I created a wordpress.org site (www.eventsuncut.com) last year that was hosted by 1and1. I have just cancelled my 1and1 account so I can come back to being a wordpress blog. Is there a way to still have my domain name as it has been paid for?

  Also http://www.eventsuncut.wordpress.com is listed as unavailable (by me I believe) so if I can’t do the above can I have it back?
